1. Company

2. Pricing
Listed prices are fixed and final. The price shown is net to the buyer: all transaction, escrow and transfer fees are included and borne by the seller. No buyer commission or surcharge is added at any stage.
3. Payment
Escrow.com, EscrowDomains.com, Sedo, GoDaddy, cryptocurrency, wire (ACH/SEPA/SWIFT), Wise.com, PayPal. All transaction fees are borne by the seller.
4. Lease-to-Own
Interest-free instalment plans via Escrow.com or EscrowDomains.com: no interest, no fees. The maximum number of instalments depends on the listed price of the domain — Up to $999 = 2 instalments · $1,000 – $2,000 = 5 instalments · $2,001 – $4,999 = 24 instalments · $5,000 – $9,999 = 36 instalments · $10,000+ = 60 instalments. The domain remains in escrow until the final instalment is paid.
5. Domain Transfer
Upon confirmed payment, the seller provides the authorization code within 24 hours. Transfers typically complete within 3–7 business days.
6. Refunds
The sale completes when the escrow transaction closes and the funds are released to the seller. Until that moment the transaction is governed by the rules of the escrow provider chosen for it, including its own inspection, rejection and dispute procedures. Once the sale is complete, the domain is not returnable and the purchase price is not refundable. See our Returns and Refunds policy for details.
7. Liability
DomainEmpire Ltd acts as a broker and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
